What Personal Data We Collect And Why We Collect It
This policy applies to all information collected on the C&K Website and any information you provide to C&K. You will most likely provide us personal information to us when you register as a user of C&K Website, purchase the products offered by C&K or participate in certain C&K promotions or events. The personal information we may collect includes: your name, passwords, user names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, debit card information, credit card information and Pay Pal account information.
We collect this data to run transactions, create and manage membership accounts, and to run marketing campaigns.
Comments
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

All information filled in to the contact forms we will collect and it will be retained indefinitely.

How Long We Retain Your Data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

When you sign up as a registered user of the C&K Website or purchase C&K products you may begin receiving marketing communications such as e-mail newsletters, product and service updates and promotions. Our customers generally find this type of information useful. If you do not want to receive these updates, you must “opt-out” by unchecking the “Add me to the mailing list” box on the registration page, or should you choose to opt-out after registering, you can use any of the following methods: select the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email and follow the opt-out instructions; or send an email to unsubscribe@cooperandkid.com.
You can access and maintain your personally identifiable information that we collect by logging in to your account on the C&K website and adjusting your account settings or by sending an email to privacy@cooperandkid.com.
